Potassium Sorbate

The potassium salt of sorbic acid, used the same way; halal.
Why?
Potassium sorbate is the more water-soluble potassium salt form of sorbic acid (E200), widely used to preserve cheese, wine, dried meats, and baked goods. It shares the same synthetic, non-animal origin.
