Chicken Sausage
Also known as: Turkey Sausage
Halal only if the poultry was halal-slaughtered and no pork casing/ingredients were used.
Why?
Chicken and turkey sausages avoid pork meat, but their halal status still depends on the poultry being slaughtered according to Islamic law, and on the casing and any added flavorings not containing pork-derived gelatin or collagen. Halal-certified versions address both concerns directly.
