Beef Broth

Halal only if made from halal-slaughtered beef.

Why?

Beef broth, bouillon, and stock are made by simmering beef bones and meat, so their halal status depends on the animal being slaughtered according to Islamic law (zabihah). Unless a product is halal-certified or explicitly states halal-slaughtered beef, it is treated as doubtful.
